Field Notes of a Highly Sensitive Soul.

Welcome to my blog, where I will share bits and pieces of my journey through life as a sensitive soul in hopes to inspire other sensitive people to be bold and live life to the fullest <3

About

My name is Claire, and I’ve been a deep feeler my whole life, but only when I turned 26 did I realize how special it is to be this way!

I spent most of my life believing there was something wrong with me, I judged myself for crying too much, for getting too attached, for feeling too much etc etc (if you are reading this you probably know how deep the shame goes). I also had a lot of anger and pain inside of me since a young age which came out as self-destructive behaviours in my teen years. Now I am an adult slowly healing from wounds of the past and taking bold and baby steps towards living my life to the fullest while keeping my heart open and safe.
My vibe
My painting style is bold and vibrant, combining colors and shapes to create emotionally evocative pieces...
Bold colors and unique shapes
My portraits are full of life and movement, capturing the subject’s personality and spirit. I also love to experiment with abstract art, using bold colors and unique shapes to create interesting and thought-provoking compositions. Vestibulum mollis justo a turpis rutrum, a consectetur tellus mollis. Aenean porttitor justo vel dictum. Nunc nec tellus sollicitudin, auctor ex id, ultrices nibh. Morbi aliquet vulputate tincidunt. Quisque placerat nisl vel mi porttitor lobortis. Cras posuere sed arcu vitae placerat.
My work
What I do
I write field notes from my life experiences as a deep feeler to help others feel seen in their experiences!

I love to introspect, to see the lessons the universe in teaching me and to take radical responsibility for my life, even when times get tough.
